Paperless Billing

Enjoy the convenience of having your monthly bill sent to you via e-mail. You’ll receive it quicker, have an electronic copy for your records and reduce paper clutter in your mailbox. Contact our office or use the form at the right to subscribe to paperless billing today. For added convenience, enroll in Easy Pay. Details on this free service are below.

Bill Cycle and Due Date

Dunkerton Communications bills are mailed on the 1st of every month and are due by the 20th of the month. Payments not received by the 20th of the month are subject to a late fee. Delinquents notices are mailed after the 20th and service is subject to disconnection if not paid by the date indicated on the notice.

Local telephone service is billed in advance. Tolls, however, are billed in arrears. For example, the December 1st billing includes local service for the month of December and toll calls from October 20th through November 19th.

Easy Pay

Easy Pay is a service that is an automatic payment of your bills. The amount due is deducted directly from your checking account. Easy Pay is convenient, easy and more importantly, accurate and reliable.

With Easy Pay, you will continue to receive your monthly statement so you will know what you owe for the current month billing. That amount will then be automatically deducted from your checking account near the 20th of the month.
