Dunkerton Communications will be using CDS Global for our online automated bill payment system.
All customers using the system will need to go through a setup process to access their account information. You will need to look at your bill (see sample below) and obtain your NEW ten-digit account number and you will also need to input a secret. The secret will be 7 characters long and will start with 195 followed by the last four numbers of your Dunkerton Communication telephone number. An example of a secret would be 1952067. Your telephone number can also be obtained on your bill. Once you gather your account and telephone number, you can proceed through the setup process. Unfortunately, previous bills and payment history is not available for view. This information will be available in a move forward basis.
